    Alois Pamper is Austrian drift champion 2012

    Almost two months after the last competition, Austrian's best drifters showed their skills again last weekend. For round 4 of the Drift Challenge Austria powered by Dotz Tuning Wheels, the drifters met in Teesdorf, Lower Austria for the first time, to compete against each other in front of a great crowd of about 2000 fans.
    The track may have been an new one, but the winner was well-known: Alois Pamper from TIBA-Racing-Team once again took the victory with his touring car and thus made himself Austrian drift champion for the fourth time in a row. Runners-up on Sunday were Martin Köllinger (Team RK-Tuning) and Mario Schopper (Team derselbe).

    Dotz Teamrider Ruper Schachinger finished the race on 10th place in the touring cars (3rd place in category R1) and ascended to rank number 10 in the overall standing.

    The category street cars was once again dominated by Thomas Graf from LERU Team 2, followed by Wolfgang Schmid (Team More Bottle Than Throttle) and Martin Simon (SCHMALZL-RACING). Thomas Graf is also leader in the overall ranking, but he can't call himself champion yet.

    On the first weekend in September, the Drift Challenge Austria 2012 will be concluded on the Wachauring in Melk, Lower Austria.
