Audi's digital showroom
Audi City has opened in London's Piccadilly
Good new for Audi fans – the top car manufacturer has opened its first digital showroom in the center of London – and there are plans for 20 more. On 4500 square feet, customers can choose their perfect car from all available models and several hundred million configuration options.
On big screens, the whole range of products is displayed in full-size. By moving in front of the screen, customers can choose a car, change the view or watch technical features like the LED technology or the body of the car in detail.
Personal counselling is guaranteed on every location by a dedicated customer relationship manager. He accompanies the customer from the selection till after sales and additional services.
Every Audi City is also tied to a local Audi dealer to offer the whole range of services of the AUDI AG.
Audi City not only wants to be a digital show and sales room. After work, there will be readings, discussions and exhibitions that answer questions about urban development and mobility. With the aspired locations in city centers, Audi City could indeed become a popular meeting point all over the world.
