Great motorsport apps for your smartphone
With Formula One, NASCAR, Formula Drift and MotoGP, there's a huge variety of motorsport championships and it has become almost impossible to always stay up to date. Smartphone apps are a great way to keep an overview of all the important dates, results and background reports, at home as well as on the road.
We've collected a small selection of motorsport apps for your iPhone, iPad or Android-Device:
- The F1 2012 Timing App from SoftPauer, available for iOS and Android devices, delivers real-time driver track positions, tyre data feeds, DRS zones as well as live timing.
- The Red Bull Racing Spy provides its users with Insider News, exclusive pictures, numbers and facts about Red Bull's Formula One world.
- The independent app „Motorsport Update“ offers a broad range of motorsport championships with news on Formula 1, MotoGP, IndyCar, NASCAR, GP2 Series, WRC, Le Mans, DTM, British Superbikes, British Rally Championship and many more. The app is only available on the Google Play Store.
- Tire manufacturer Nitto Tire has developed an iOS application that provides its users with up do date results for a great variety of racing series, including NASCAR, Formula One, Formula Drift and much more. |
