Not all drivers sponsored by Dotz collect smashed flies on their side windows. Zengö Motorsport drivers prefer to go straight. After all, they are no drifters but “rock” the FIA WTCC. 
With Norbert Michelisz and Gábor Wéber, Zengö Motorsport has two very experienced drivers. Both drive a 310 hp BMW 320 TC.
Norbert Michelisz has a firm position in the WTCC table. The highlight, as yet, was the “home race” on the Hungaroring in which on May 6 the 27-year-old Hungarian driver really excelled himself. In the second race that weekend he ended up No. I.
During the breaks, the spectators could visit the Dotz trailer to do something about their own cars’ styling and get information on the latest wheel fashion.
This season, Michelisz has shown a solid performance and managed to overtake many of his opponents. In the private drivers category, the WTCC pilot is now the Number 2. Overall, he is currently ranking seventh.
Next Stop Brazil and USA: After seven races, the WTCC is going to leave Europe and at the end of July will first pay a visit to America and then to Asia, where competitions will be held in Japan and China, with the final to be seen in Macau.
For Gábor Wéber (40), the start of the season was not quite so good as it was for his compatriot, but this experienced driver shows a lot of potential.
There are some more hot races on the agenda and not only in terms of the ambient temperature. Still, Zengö Motorsport is well prepared indeed.
In the private team category, Zengö Motorsport is currently ranking fourth and the odds to end up among the top three are not bad at all: Only seven points are separating them from their immediate rival.
